Bay-Area Jazz legend Richard Howell and his band Sudden Changes will take the stage at the Bayview Opera House Ruth Williams Memorial Theatre this September. Richard and the band will be performing material from Howell's last project, Burkinas, and will include some new material from his upcoming album, Coming of age-MANGAKU.
